Looking to buy UCS Slave I

Hi,

I've never purchased a retired set before but would really like to get a UCS Slave I. I've found one on Bricklink in my country but it has "loose seals". The seller has supplied a video which with my little experience looked fine to me but I don't want to chance it since the seals do look very weird! Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated, never used Bricklink before but am familiar with it.
