December 10, 20241 yr With the upcoming release of UCS 75409 UCS Jango Fett’s Slave 1, do you think that will help or hinder the value of UCS 75060 Slave 1 going forward? Looking at the rumored price of the new set (only $240), I'm thinking it will be a very similar, but improved, build design and size over the original UCS - and less minifigs and more smaller parts. I had my fingers crossed that a re-make of the UCS Slave 1 would about 15-20% larger size to fall closer to the center range of 'minifig scale', however, that does not appear to be the case... I don't think it will do much more damage than The Book of Boba Fett did.

I would like to think that the set will be similar part count to Boba's Slave 1. LEGO has inflated the price on all UCS sets coming out so the $240 makes me believe it will be around 1800-1900 pieces.

There's been some updates to the Jango's Slave 1 UCS rumors for this May; now 2970 pieces and $299.99. I think this is a good thing, which hopefully makes the ship the same size/scale as the previous UCS Slave 1... just more intricate.
January 16Jan 16 Price increase over 75060 is roughly in line with inflation, which is a nice surprise. 1,000 extra pieces but fewer figures. I assume they'll replace some of the larger bricks with multiple smaller pieces.

Was thinking that if this set was released today, it would likely be $300ish easily. I'm pretty stoked for a 3000 piece $300 Jango Slave 1. Edited January 17Jan 17 by eliminator
