While browsing thru Target I came across a new Lego 5891. Even though its a 2010 set. Is it worth keeping for $28 or should I return it due to not much investment potential. Retail is $44.99

    Traditionally, the Creator Houses have been winners.  Whether the secondary market will feel Creator House fatigue remains to be seen, but to date these houses have done well.

     

    I don't see losing this house losing any money from retail, so keep it.
