Okay, the inevitable has happened. I bought something on eBay and never received it. I need to ask eBay to give me my money back. I opened a case a while back and tried to contact the seller, to no avail. The case information now says it's eligible to be escalated to eBay Customer Support. My problem is -- how do I do that?
I've looked and looked at the case information page, I've read the help files, but all it does is send me in circles. It says I'm supposed to go to the Resolution Center to take action, but the only action I can find to take is "see case details", where the only action I can take is to go back to the resolution center. There are links to "contact the seller" and to "close the case", but no link to escalate the case.
Help! What am I missing? Am I blind?
