Who is this star wars minifigure and how much is he worth?

so i got big lot of lego on craigslist and i'm trying to find the values of the minifigs, and this one star wars minifig is stumping me. i can't find out which set he's from or how much he worth. maybe one of you guys could help out? thanks!

thanks guys. once i got the name i was able to see that he sells for about 8 bucks on ebay.

He look's pretty yellowed in that picture though... so I would make sure you say that in the description

Mine has that same problem. I remember LegoDog posted a formula for getting rid of that which basically is what people use to get the yellow out of their old Super Nintendo machines. It's called Retr0Brite.

Funny you talk about RetrObright now; I plan to try it this week-end on gray, blue, and of course white, pieces from the early 80's. I'll let you know, but from what I read, it is supposed to work.
