I would be more inclined to watch his videos if he didn't always make silly faces on each thumbnail .

    I learned recently that that is how you get the Youtube Algorithm(r) to prioritize your videos. All content creators do this now (just check out how even JANG does it now). No surprised/confused/upset/weird face - no clicks.
