Well, you know the drill, what do you want? At the top of my list would be a Stark Tower and Tony's workshop, with all his suits, machinary, and cars.

I would go with the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters from the X-Men. I think while there is no way it could be built big enough to do it justice on the inside. The outside could still yield a pretty amazing looking model.
