Not quite so big sets advice for investment

So I'm finding it easier to sell sets like VW Camper and Ecto-1 21108. What other sets in this size range do you reckon are good investments please?

Also, I believe Star Wars Battle Packs are good too. Any more advice welcome, thanks.
