I was scrolling through ebay and happened to look up the upcoming charles dickens promo, I did find a seller who happened to have 10 of them. Anyway I had a look through some of the items this person was selling and came across this Lego 40416 Ice Skating promo which I haven't seen before. Correct me if I'm wrong but is this a new promo that hasn't been announced yet?

I have a feeling it's going to show up for purchase this summer and/or start suddenly appearing in carts next November. I doubt it will just continue on the site right now. 

I tried to get it to add to a cart last night 1/31 but it wouldn't add.  I had $200 in my cart, but no skating rink even though it was still being advertised.

Does anyone know how much this would weigh without the box? Got a buyer who is inquiring and I'm not willing to break the seal since they're also hesitant about shipping.
