From the Korean Facebook LEGO page the first image was leaked, when it was announced as a VIP early sale starting 23rd of September:

1197 LEGO bricks, and 18+ designation on the box.

No sure about the black box for this theme. Might look better in person. Looks like they are going for a starry night. 

Set is so-so. We got enough elf's in Santa's workshop. 

the club house itself looks a bit small for what Im guessing will be a $99.99 pp.

Not too enthusiastic about the black box either. Starting to feel LEGO is overdoing the 18+ & black box designation a bit now!

I’m guessing about the same size as the gingerbread house in height but it looks less in width.

I find it kind of annoying that lego does mostly facades now instead of a full building that can swivel open or layers taken off on top. The black box is super easy to crease, not a big fan of that. Only thing worse are the speed champions boxes, they are super flimsy!

As of now, all of the old "Creator Expert" sets have moved from using brick built animals with this new style of boxes. This is also evident in using a moulded Dewback in the new Cantina set, when they already have a brick built version readily available in the Microfighters that could have been updated.

This molded dew back looks the same as the one from 2014 in 75052.  The brick built dewback was the new one for the microfighter set (2019).

The new dewback gained some weight if I compare the two. 

So, this is live...  No GWP? I’m nervous if I buy my limit two right now, Then I will miss out on any future GWP’s.

Same here.  I'm taking my chances and waiting on several sets that I want so I can load up on the potential Christmas GWP's and double points.  I just can't see buying some of them now with nothing extra.

also... this. I need to buy me some of them Winter Toy Shops!

The Gingerbread house is Backordered Oct. 8th ship... Maybe I should pull this trigger... Especially since Oct. SAH calendar is... Eh.
