Just saw this from German site. The site had some details and went as far as noting it'sjust a matter of the set being (initially) exclusive or not. so much more substantial than a rumor or hearsay.

No pics but the set is supposed to be a BHz of the Statue of Liberty

Clearly BHz is not dead (as if we needed anymore evidence)...and I seriously don't know if that's good or bad for the appreciation potential of past sets. It seems to me that LEGO is being much more selective in terms of new BHz sets..like they tried the shotgun approach (w/ BHz landing in every discount retailer shelves) and now it seems to be more of a sniper shot approach.
