I've been following the main Amazon thread about requiring third party sellers to show toy safety certifications for certain listings and wonder if this is a US only issue for now? Have any Canadian sellers been affected by this? I sell FBM on Amazon and haven't heard a peep.

I sell FBA.. And I have not had ANY trouble with Safety Certifications for lego yet. 

As for gating.. YES. Amazon gated a couple years back in all countries. If you were selling that product before the gate then you should still be ungated at this time. However If you Are new to or didnt sell the gated product then you have to go through the ungating process. And For Lego its a bit of a pain..
