New vs used price on set

I have a Lego set that the box is open. Only one of the five factory sealed bags is open. All pieces in that one open bag are accounted for.  Since this is not "new" but is closer to new than used, how to price this? Somewhere in between the new and used value? The set is Minecraft 21134.

    And on EBay, you might want to list as "bags and instructions only, no box" to save on shipping - you can put all the bags inside a Priority Mail Medium Box (or a Priority Mail Padded Envelope) and get <$10 fixed rate shipping across the US. If you list with Free Shipping, that might save you enough to offset the few bucks you lose by selling with an opened bag and no box.....
