UCS Destroyer 10221

Sealed in box, but slightly damaged - local seller for $500.

Wondering if this is a good deal?  My only problem might be deciding whether to flip it or build it afterwards.

    Offer him $400 (settle half way on $450) and it may be accepted. There's always room to negotiate with a private seller and 10221 values have dropped and more unsold on eBay than ever before. Glad I sold all mine TBH.

    Already tried the $450, but no luck.  He was originally asking $600, and got him down to $500 - doesn't seem like he'll go any lower.

    Have a CL buyer for a 10221 lined up for this weekend. I settled at $675. I do have 3 more plus a used one . Hopefully he'll not back out.
