Hi, I would like to get the expert knowledge of the BP'er on the random bags in the photos. 

Lots of grey pieces, no instructions though. First came to mind is Star Wars, or could it be modular - fire brigade?

I see a spring-loaded shooter bolt, so it's definitely not a Modular building. But otherwise there isn't much distinct to notice to give clues as to what set this could be. I'd say... try to figure out what that orange element is on the first picture, and look for sets which contain that element.

I'm sure they're  bags from more than 1 set.

My guess is you have bags from a 75019 AT-TE.
