....Soooo, they charge whay they do because they have the same business model as every other retailer?

That is seriously what it sounds like to me. There is nothing in that response that gives any kind of logical reason as to the real reason behind their price methods. Of course, they never will. The employees that respond to consumer emails have a generic list of responses to give when asked most questions.

On very rare occasions do I ever find a decent sale, or even rarer a really good one. For almost 100% of the time, I never shop at a Toys R Us. If I do, it is 'once in a blue moon' and only for store exclusives. That's it. For me, it's just easier to pricematch at Target.
