What is regular retail on this? Amazon says $179.99, but it's $199.99 on the LEGO Shop at Home site. Think I might have to pick it up at this price.

What sort of promotion? I haven't been watching closely as long as many of you, but I can't recall LEGO Shop at Home discounting these sets ever and even double VIP wouldn't make up for the price break here..

This was an Amazon lightning deal for $149.59 at one point last month. Should have picked one up then. But this isn't a bad price either. Who knows maybe this is the lowest we will ever see it again.

Didn't notice everyone else posting the updated price. It's interesting how amazon adjusts the prices. I remember waking up and checking prices to see the town hall at 150, walking downstairs to eat, checking again to purchase it, and having it go back to 180. Interesting, but also very frustrating...

I'm gonna take a chance and pass on this one. I just can't see this going EOL for 2+ years yet. That is a long time to sit on it. In that time I am sure it will be on sale again.

I'm thinking the same thing. I have some Amazon gift card $$$ sitting there hoping the Tower Bridge would drop again. I still haven't picked up a fire brigade either. I know I'll need a couple modulars to go with my Palace Cinema when they are released.
