I am not good at MOCing things from scratch (modding official sets is as good as I get?) I was wondering if there are any reputable MOCers that will MOC me up a set if I pay them. What i'm looking for is a Microscale model of the USS Stark or just a set of instructions. I looked at the moc shop on bricklink but it looks to be dead.

I am actually looking for 2 sizes. 

A small one similar to this Kidd class   from brothers brick by delyice. 

A large one about the size of the Maersk Line Tripple-E 10241

For just the instructions and using pieces available at a reasonable price on Bricklink (no 10179 radar dishes ?)

 $150? for the small one 

$300? for the larger one.

I would love one the size of these HMCS Haida Flower Class Corvette  but I'm sure just a set of instructions is out of my price range.
