So Ford should give up on the mustang because it's just a redesign? Both sets are total rebuilds from scratch. Give their designers the credit they're due.

Among other arguably larger achievements it may be the first set I actually rush out to buy and build as soon as available. Price seems great for QUALITY (piece count and weight are only factors) - not a steal (perhaps $100 would have been), but very fair.

 

Yeah this looks astonishing.  The only thing that could make this better is a great freebie promo with Purchase at the Lego Store in June (where is that darn calendar???)

I'm still curious about the letters and the US flag.  I'm crossing my fingers that stickers are minimal.

Price is just spot On. This year after mediocre 2016 is going to be amazing for us in terms of great releases.

Can't wait to get this in my hands dive into the story of the historic shuttle and entire mission then display it proudly next to my CUUSOO Hayabusa

They look too perfect but we will have to wait and see.  I personally believe there are no stickers.

After realising today that there is no early VIP release of 75144 tomorrow as I'd originally been led to believe, seeing this set has cheered me right up.

Fantastic execution and can't wait to get my hands on one.

Hmmm. Guess I'll see at midnight. It usually shows early releases on site if you sign in with your vip acct but no mention of anything but May 4th release. Anyways we're off topic.

Really hope this one gets an early release too.

Beautiful set!!! Really pleased to see an ideas set with a huge piece count as well, as historically they have always been smaller models. Really sets the bar for future models.
