BrickPicker Market - Selling Advice?

I'm sure these it's posted somewhere already, but I can't seem to find it - if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

Looking for a cheat sheet of tips for selling here on BP. I just listed a few items recently, and hoping I did things right.

Major questions:

1. If a buyer wants to basically "make an offer", how would you facilitate that reduced price?

2. Any good way to facilitate "cost varies by buyer location" (other than just setting the top-end shipping cost and issuing a refund for any potential excess)?

3. Any concerns with having listings posted across multiple platforms? If my item sells on eBay and a few hours later on BP, easy enough to just cancel the BP order? (My listings to include that multi-platform disclaimer)

Any guidance greatly appreciated!
