The owner says they are selling these at only $100 each.  I'm skeptical at that but if someone else that lives in that area and wants to check it out go for it.

I'm ninety minutes away in Green Bay. That's a little too far for me to drive considering the risk involved, plus it's been snowing all day. If I was closer I'd definitely do some investigating. Most likely a scam though.
