I don't think it means anything as Ghostbusters should be able to offer the licence to anybody who pays the price. Just look at all those who make Star Wars merchandise.

Seen these in store yesterday, was able to get a good look. Stay puft looks good but limited movement, only arms and hands move. Can't turn the head or move the legs

It doesn't stop LEGO keep the licence for longer. So many manufacturers have the Disney/SW licence.
