November 17, 201510 yr Seems this is the big week in Europe and we will all be disappointed by the meagre pickings for BF+CM. Does anyone have any news on SAH promotions in the EU yet? Advance preview is only 3 days from now.

November 20, 201510 yr What is this about? Take advantage of our Exclusive VIP Offers Tomorrow 21st November Only. Offers valid in LEGO® Stores, online and on orders over the phone. Europe LEGO Shop at Home. Anybody an idea on what will be pushed? Discounted? Thanks
November 20, 201510 yr I read somewhere else: Double VIP points on purchases, and early access to the Gingerbread House promo which is available for non-VIP from the 27th.
November 20, 201510 yr As stated in the Black Friday thread: Double VIP Points, Gingebread House and when you look at the New Zealand page of the shop (cause they are in the 21st already), there's the following post under "Sales":*Hurry! Limited availability of the following sets at the discounted price: The Brick Bounty (70413) MINI Cooper (10242) Sydney Opera House™ (10234) Ewok™ Village (10236) LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 (31313)
November 20, 201510 yr Sydney Opera House didn't get a box-redesign, right? So it's likely the SOH is getting retired before the Tower Bridge. SOH may also be getting a discounted price (and an early retirement!) because it's not selling well enough. Giving it a discount now, no box-redesign unlike the older TB, is to me a clear indication that TLG wants to get rid of this set.

Anybody willing to share? Sales data seem weak (Australia/Asia/tourist interest? Too large? Not very attractive as a showpiece?) EV and MC seem like too early to retire... Box redesign? If EV would leave, that would be excellent news though
November 20, 201510 yr I'm also tempted by the SOH... but it's a pretty slow seller.. so overall i don't know about this. EV's retiremend would be very nice .. and MC would be a good suprise if it leaves
November 20, 201510 yr Well, there's a chance Ewok Village may be retired in favour of the upcoming 75098 Hoth Echo Base UCS set which we'll see in 2016. If that would be the case, it would make me happy for sure. I have serious doubts about the SOH. It's a great and iconic set, I'm sure. But I find it less attractive than the TB set. And if I feel that way then the majority of Lego builders will think that way (disclaimer: sentiment not backed up by scientific data ). Would really depend on the level of discount it would get. In the past I had a chance to buy it with 15% discount and I passed. So the discount would definitely have to be better than that! Retirement of the Mini Cooper would be terrific, but it did get a box-redesign right? So I doubt it would retire now.

November 20, 201510 yr Nope, shocking selection! everything is sold out. Amazon is flat out lying about their "Deals" now too...
