Is Drop Shipping Legal on eBay?

Hi,

I was thinking if drop ship is legal on eBay.

For example, some buyer on eBay brought a LEGO from my store, and I order from Target and ship to the buyer within 1 business day and upload the tracking number.

Did I violate any rule/policy on eBay? 

I know it's not the best practice, but what I asking is is it legal to do it.
