It also points to big SOH being retired if there is a Sydney cityscape. The Technic BMW motorbike also sounds interesting and there is confirmation of a new City Police station as per the 3 year rule.

Other than the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, I can't think of the Sydney skyline being that memorable and Chicago while pretty doesn't stand out either. Are there not enough memorable buildings in the world that they have to keep remaking sets.

Yeah - they sometimes teese us with code names though.  Wasnt Obi-wans jedi star fighter originally labelled as "anakins pod racer"?  If it is a phantom then i can only assume a ghost is not far behind though.

Too quick for a remake. No need for one. Might be another vehicle or something else called the phantom.

Been waiting for ages for S1 Speed Champions to retire.  Mclaren pit stops will need to be flogged at Xmas before the merc one comes out. 

Really hoping for Hamilton and Rosberg minifigs with the Merc Pitstop.

Interestingly some shops still have enzo,p1,918 at higher prices than the series 2 cars. 

I want to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as part of Pirincess theme.

Only 4 microfighters instead of 6? Are they running out of ideas? I'd expect there to be two from SW rebels, two from rogue one and two from some other movie.

I'm also thinking 75172 will be a Y-Wing. With the ship appearing in both Rogue One and Rebels it just has to be a Y-Wing.

Disappointing if that's all we'll see in the Architecture range next year. I'm hoping the Guggenheim will at least be a large set like the Capitol Building.

These seem to be only 1H sets so maybe a couple more to come. There is also the possibility they do the Bilbao Guggenheim, or indeed a larger scale one.

I think the dwarfs have been difficult in licensing negotiations.

I'm not a big fan of these latest cityscape sets in the architecture line.   Either way, 2017 is looking as below average as 2016.

Sears tower ( Willis now?), John Hancock, navy pier....awesome from every direction.  But I gotta defend it, I'm a Chicagoan. 

I like that they're coming out with another Monster Truck.  It will go nicely with the red and green versions from the recent sets. 

I also appreciate having a Duel of the Fates set, although at $29.99 it will be woefully undersized and insignificant.

How many bakeries does Stephanie need?  All that food and no heavy people in Heartlake City, what a crock.

Not dissing your city one bit, the waterfront is really cool, but you won't see much of that in a skyline. The Willis (whatever you call it) and Hancock Buildings just aren't as iconic as say the Empire State and Rockefeller buildings in New York.

I'm not a fan of these skylines anyway, I think the New York one looks weak and it  genuinely does have an iconic skyline and Venice looks like it's the front of the Venetian in Las Vegas. If it had been a separate line from architecture then maybe it would have worked better.

I don't agree with you on your take on the Chicago skyline, as it is one of the most interesting in the country.  Although, I will agree with you that these cityscape sets look like they very much are a replica of some cheesy vegas casino that is also a replica of a city.  Now that you have labeled it that way, I will forever look at these sets that way!  And it fits!

Price point of $69.99 seems too low to be a Y-Wing if an X-wing is $79.99

I don't see the rumoured Sports Theme, POTC return or anything from Fantastic Beasts which is both sad and curious.

The dimensions set is already available for it  but don't forget that leaks are not a 100% right.

The 2017  Wholesale Catalog is not even made yet, and that will only be for regular sets only. Sets Listed above are just a tease on whats coming. as for the 2017 Exclusives I'm sure there will be plenty of them to. So don't panic about the POTC sets not coming as we should hear about that around the Holidays if Lego is getting the License.     Ed

15 Batman movie sets?  I wonder if one of those will be a Batcave in one form or another.  6860 has been trending up on Amazon.
