Counterfeit Jean Grey sdcc?

I agreed to a trade to get this figure.  The fig doesn't come with the sdcc backing.  Once I get this fig in hand, are the counterfeits of these easy to detect? I assume the real ones have lego logos in several places? Anyone actually have a loose one?

    You should see lego on the neck post and on the hips between the posts.
