Positive feedback was received from the buyer for this auction which makes the chance that it was returned practically zero. Seems odd.

I guess he could just throw pieces into bags. Sometimes people will not want the Lego box shipped because it cheaper to ship without the box. Could be he kept the box. Makes you go hmmm...

This!!! I made this mistake when I bought a 10019 on Craigslist. It was 99% complete--one thing it was missing was the $50.00 6 X 3 Light Gray hinge plate that is the radar panel. Unfortunately for me, Lego has used that piece on only ONE set--the 10019 UCS so there are not that may spare ones out there.
