As far as I know, yes.

The 2015-16 sets are really knocking it out of the park.  I'm loving the steampunk feel (at least to me) that I get from some of these sets.  The Zeppelin and Air Ship that the bad guys have this year are awesome.  I'm also liking the polybags.  30421 - Skybound Plane and 30422 - Kai's Mini Dragon are pretty cool.
