Yes, I just made several small $50-$70 purchases to get myself 4 of them. I don't count on them being as valuable as the TC-14, because that was a two day special(while the FREE Hulk is two weeks) and the TC-14 is a STAR WARS item, but I'm hoping one day they might get to the $25-$50 range.

The free Hulks essentially turn into a nice discount on your purchases. I can't imagine these not being worth at least $25 a few months down the road, depending on any kind of additional distribution, but even then it would just take longer to get to this level. If you're making $50 purchases, you're getting 50% off your purchase. Granted, you're out the money in the meantime, but still a good deal in my opinion.

Good point...The idea is to use the minimum amount of dollars to obtain more Hulk mini figures, thus maximizing your potential to actually pay for these sets by selling the Hulk mini figures later.

I like buying multiples of Battle packs to do this. Four STAR WARS Battle Packs comes to $51.96, thus qualifying for the HULK mini figure. Also, Battle Packs are investment machines and double and triple in value in a very short amount of time. A win-win on both levels...
