Change to Ebay shipping?

I just noticed this morning that the usual way I print shipping labels through ebay is now redirecting me to go through paypal? Did I miss an announcement on this change?

    Did the buyer pay for shipping via UPS?  That is usually the only time eBay will redirect me to Paypal for shipping.  I just checked and it is still sending me through eBay for shipping items via USPS.

    I always use USPS...not sure why the change. I really wouldn't mind but I don't think im getting my shipping discount.

    How are you seller metrics?  With the spring update this year they changed their measurements.  Not sure what happens if you fall below Above Standard for some reason, but you may want to double check your current status.

    Still above standard. Nothing has changed. Guess ill just roll with this one and see how the next sale turns out.
