How do you ship your Minifigs? Do you just put them in a standard envelope with regular postage?

no, bubble wrap mailer at the least, needs to go first class mail post office. the minifies will break and crack in a regular envelope

Bubble mailer, polybags taped inside to prevent shuffling, with a 1.80 CAD stamp for weight up to 100g with a maximum thickness of 20mm.

what size bubble mailer and where do you buy them bulk (good pricing).

I got a box of 500 bubble mailers from Staples, when I had some sort of promo code that made their final price $44 ($.09/mailer).  Unfortunately, it's a big honking box.  It fits up to about 4 minifigs just fine.  ,This isn't good for any sort of maxifig, though.  Promotional minifig polybags fit inside so long as you fold them in half.

Yeah, please, not a regular envelope. I won a couple auctions on close-by days from the same seller and she shipped them that way, Both were ripped on arrival. I was lucky nothing was missing.
