Colorado Sales Tax and affiliate program

Starting February 1 amazon.com is charging sales tax on orders.  I was charged 4.0% on an order delivered to Boulder.  I've read about different rates depending on location.  I believe state tax is 2.9%.  Anyone else that buys stuff from Amazon in Colorado, I would be interested in hearing the rate you were charged. 

 

Also the affiliate program from amazon had not been available to people in Colorado for about 4 years and I believe it is now available.
