I think you should be fine with those. I usually get cancel emails on hard to find items like things that are listed as sold out then temporarily back in stock and I placed the order. Those usually don’t go through.

May be tied to your VIP account, not just orders. I didn't place any SAH orders, but got a couple promos in store. Car does not add for me while I am logged in either.

I believe The Haunted House was a LEGO.come exclusive until this weekend.  Now it's at Best Buy and Target.  Altering all that we may see discounts on it, and that it has a more general availability than before.

Not legit. The real LEGO house is owned by LEGO and does not sell online.

With Lego online...almost always...if it seems to good to be true it usually is too good to be true. Sometimes people find great deals 75% off or more as clearance in stores like Walmart. But rarely are those deals found to be legit online in my experience. 90% off online are almost always fake.
