Final pre-sales-tax price (with all mentioned discounts) = $12.69 (36.5% off) if you buy them 4 at a time. Unfortunately they're limit 3 for shipping on Target.com. Seems like a fairly decent deal, though, if you find them deep in-stock locally. I had to have them price-adjust in-store.
