Of my 40K+ orders in the past 365 days....only 250ish feedback. No one leaves feedback these days unless they are mad at something. Most of my negative feedback is for charging restocking fees on items that someone used and returned or they sent me their mega blocks back in my lego box etc etc..... My actual "order defect rate" has 3 0's after the decimal but my feedback % is 89%.... Just some perspective
