number of bags in Lego Death star 10188 box 4 and 3

Featured Replies

Hi,  I picked up a Lego Star Wars Death Star 10188 as a store return.  All four boxes are present.  Box 1, 2  are factory sealed.  Box 4 is open with 11 bags in it that have the number 7 on them.  The box seems to be full.  Box 3 also seems opened so I would be looking for number of bags there as well. I am wondering if anyone can tell me if this is the complete contents of boxes 3 and 4.

Thank you,

Terri

If you have a good enough scale (or a digital bathroom scale and use the "measure yourself, then measure yourself with box in hands" trick) - the weight of the set according to BrickLink is 8060g .... so if you get 8kg on a precise scale (+/- 10g accuracy) you should be good.

I measured the weight on a kitchen scale that is fairly accurate by breaking it into 5 pieces and adding.  I come up with 8283 grams.  I appreciate the help, but there is still some questionable room as some bags don't have a lot of weight.  Doesn anyone know exact bag content?
