How to ship 2016 LEGO Wall Calendar?

The size of the 2016 LEGO Wall Calendar seems to be bigger than the regular USPS envelop. I am wondering what is the best way to ship it? Thanks a lot

    I just cut out 2 nice cardboard squares from a box lying around a little bigger than the calendar.  Place between the 2 pieces, tape the edges very firmly, and then run some tape across each side so they wrap around somewhat liberally.  Makes a nice record size package.  I think it's always 11-12oz, so you can ship it First Class to anywhere in the 48 states.
