Lego to sell

I have the following Lego to sell. All loose I'm afraid, but does have all the instructions. Any idea how much I should be asking? Someone said £100, but have put on Gumtree & have only been offered £50 so & have been let down twice by people saying they're coming & not turning up. Any advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks.
