Someone over on Eurobricks pointed to the site Pricevortex, which is showing a new Creator set for 2016 - 10253 Big Ben.  No other details given.

Let the speculation begin.

I, for one, think a landmark sized Big Ben would look pretty cool.

Well, thank the lord for lego. you just saved me upwards of $400. Very disappointing.

Care to expand on that? I think you're going to be in the very teenie tiny minority with that opinion.

Might have been looking for a digital clock?

I was hoping for a more detailed set, to match tower bridge. The clock surround looks like just a square box, not integrated with the clock. and is that mini mini figures standing in the windows of the houses of parliament?

It will be interesting to see the designer video on this. Just based on the pics, I like it, not a home run, but easily a stand up triple. This set is a MOCers dream, I saw at least 38 visible tan micro figs and a ton of other great architectural pieces.

They are microfigs, but they are meant to represent architectural detailing, not people standing in the windows. Pretty cool use of the LEGO element if you ask me.

Wonderful set.  Top notch.  I cannot understand how anyone is disappointed with this set.  Investment wise...Below average...It will be around a long time and owned by a lot of people.

My favorite part is the tree.

Thanks.

I love it.  Day one purchase for me!  It is hard to tell but I think the clock is a printed piece.  It will be likely be a very boring build, similar to Tower Bridge, but the end result always makes me smile.

Sometimes in life, boring is good.

Can anyone see what the overall dims of the set are?  I'm on a mobile, but not sure whether my its my phone or just the pic res that's blurring these out.

The pic res is not good enough to read the overall dimensions. All we have so far is this..

Very cool set I think. It's great that Lego are doing sets like this. My only gripe would be the microfigs. Once you notice what they are, it's hard to 'unsee' them as microfigs. Maybe they'll look more natural in reality rather than the box pics. It's a minor quibble though. Hard to see how they could have done this set better really.

I really don’t like the microfigs, I’d need to see it in the flesh, but the figs are probably going to kill it for me.

Anyone who has built a few of the architecture sets is used to these microfigs by now. They don't diminish from the look once you get used to them.

Day one for me, looks fantastic.  Can't wait, I think buying 2 and making a larger houses of Parliament might be a cool option as well.

Oh man oh man. TLG hit it out of the park with this one! They definitely redeemed themselves from the AoH garbage. The only downside I see is that TB is probably going to stay in production a lot longer. TB will be the new DS.

I like it, the box design is awesome, sometimes it can make or break a set.

Being from England it's a must have! Will be the first (outside SW or Marvel set) for me.

Thanks @Fenix_2k1 .. I was trying to post a picture of the sculptures between the windows and for some reason it kept failing. I think the microfigs are awesome.

I don't know how anyone can bash this one. It's a gem, in my book.

Retail price supposedly confirmed at $249 actually.

That would be nice but I am not sure that would be considered confirmation.  Brickset quotes it at $350
