Reddit Q/A with a former Amazon Seller Support person

Featured Replies

It's amazing to hear that sellers are so rude with Amazon.  That seems like just about the dumbest thing someone in that situation could do because they would never know whether the person on the other end of the phone had the ability to hit a button and kill their account entirely.

Interesting that the support people are also sellers on Amazon.

The one about being polite and "human" when talking with amazon is so true. No matter how upset i am with whatever company, i always compose my messages emotion free and treat the person on the other end with respect. I know they are only human and really don't want to deal with an irate customer. I've never had to get angry to get my issues solved ever.
