Contacted Seller.  He requested info and then generated a fake invoice from "ebay" and told me to pay for it by going to Walgreens (or other store) and purchasing a Paypal gift card.  

Reporting to eBay.

    To add to what you posted, I looked in "Sold Listings" and found the exact same auction had gone for $800 "from" Madrid, Spain. The one in question is "from" Houston.

    I have been screwing around with him all morning.  Making him explain over and over again how to scratch off the silver stuff on the back of the gift cards and if he would accept Applebees gift cards instead.
