Hi guys I'm a big fan of Lego Pirates. I own some of the original classic pirates sets and the newer models. I managed to pick up some of the potc sets like the QAR and Whitecap bay but sadly missed out on the Black Pearl. I'm really eager to pick this set up but its so expensive in the after market right now. Is anyone on here looking to sell there's or know some one or somewhere that isn't selling it for a ludicrous price. Thanks. Well, sometimes you have to be patient.  Many members don't want to lose money.  Maybe a trade is more doable.

I acquired some parts of a Black Pearl in a bulk bin a while back.   I found out that a large value is the Davy Jones Minifig as he sold for about $50 on BL within a couple of days.  Also, the three center sections of the hull were fairly valuable (the front and rear not so much).

Are you only interested in a complete set, or are you more interested in the ship itself?

Maybe message a BL seller and ask if they're wiling to sell it without the minifigs.
