This recent promo for Shop-at-Home has been spotted at Target. Unfortunately the info from this article doesn't give much as where to find it (up at the checkouts or in the seasonal candy section) or a proper DCPI number (they're using the same generic one for most other polybags). All I can suggest is to look around the usual areas for polybags on this one.

    Well I finally found this polybag and the Go-Kart one up at the checkouts of my Target although in somewhat short supply. Both rang up $3.99 each the usual.
