I have this set 9169 New in the original box unopened. I was looking for information on what it was worth and can't seem to find the set anywhere or information on it. Please help!

Looks pretty rare... Of course that doesn't mean valuable. In these cases it's worth what someone is willing to pay.

If you go up one step in the Bricklink catalog, you'll see none of the "playhouse" sets have any listings... However, if you use those numbers, maybe somebody somewhere has sold one on eBay and you'd be able to get a rough idea of the value.
