Bulk lot help

Posted an ad on Craigslist, and someone contacted me out of state to meet him half way, includes all these sets new sealed with the exception of 7938 the box is slightly punctured......all these sets for 650$ 

Good deal??? Things to look for, I'm wondering why he's selling for about half what the average of these are worth..
