US stock of UCS and other hard to find sets

Why is it so hard to find old lego "hard to find" sets at toysrus, while target, amazon and even toysrus.ca, have plenty in stock?  any thoughts on this?

    %20 off GC (and other high amounts) . TRU is the cheapest place to buy for most, so people buy early and often. Oh, also no bannings for anything I know of. So buy low and as much as you want no risk.
