here's a quick little unboxing and review video of the "hard to find" (not anymore) ELECTRO minifigure polybag found at TRU.

according to the Orc King's original post, this i guess, was a free give away at a virginia toyfest however, i was told by a manager at TRU that they got them as free giveaways for anyone purchasing the spider man 2 movie.... which no one bought because no one buys movies anymore.... 

well whatever reason it was created... check it out here ;-)
