does anyone have any experience about ordering a OOS product attached with a promotional polybag? I want to ask if TLG will reserve the polybag for you even the main product wasn't ready to be shipped? 

In my experience the polybag gets shipped within a couple days even if other items are OOS. Kind of funny getting a single polybag via FedEx.

​I've had the same experience. I ordered a PS 2 months ago, and I got a Chima helmet almost immediately, and the PS 25 days later.

I've had the same experience as Brickson. If the item never comes back in stock they will cancel the order and release any hold they may have on your payment option and the polybag/poster will be free.

if this is the case, i wanna ship the polyboag somewhere else...actually im planning to buy a PC in june so i can get a free winter soldier polybag.

​That won't be possible without a call to customer service. Not sure if they will actually do that for you, but can't hurt to ask.
