Kmart customer service comes thru! Great refunds!

I have to give credit to Kmart online customer service, in the last two days I got two very good refunds! Way back in December I purchased 4 Monster Fighters Crazy Scientists (9466) from them and only received one. I contacted them last week and they are out of them so they gave me a refund that left my total cost for the one I got at $10. Sorry I didn't get all four at a good price, but feeling great about the one I got! About the same time I also ordered two Lego Republic Striker-Class Starfighters (9497) and they shipped one in a plastic envelope so the Lego box was totally crushed in many places. On this one they refunded me the cost of the set (plus shipping, plus tax) and told me to keep it! Yea! It is customer service like this that will keep me shopping there even when they foul up!
