Brian Briggs Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 Hello all,This year I got back into LEGO. For quite some time I had my eyes on the modular buildings. My main intention is to collect these and also to create modular MOCs.After purchasing several minifigures from different CMF series I started aquiring some modulars. My first big purchase was the Town Hall set 10224. The price was quite steep at around 330€ as prices can rise easily above RRP after EOL. That's why I'm now trying to avoid missing out on sets, especially exclusives, that I might want to build or use in the future. Don't neglect PR; it's easy to get from Amazon and other retailers at MSRP, and if you're looking to build an inventory, a few early buys makes good strategy.
